Kim and Andrew,
Congratulations
on the purchase of your new home. We
see that you did almost everything right, home inspection, termite inspection,
etc. But, you did forget just one
little inspection---ninja inspection.
You
must be careful to avoid ninja infestation.
These little guys can get into everything! Beware of the ninjas!
Again, congratulations and good-luck.
